• The item must be in re-sellable condition, and include all original packaging.
• The item(s) must be in good condition without damage, returned shipping prepaid, in original boxes with all warranty information and literature within fourteen (14) days of purchase
  
• If the item is not returned with all original packaging but is in good condition, Sun Cocktail will deduct a 20% restocking fee to cover the loss in value in reselling the item as an open box item.
• If the item is not in good condition for some other reason, Sun Cocktail will make a fair appraisal of value and make the appropriate credit based upon the condition of the item(s).
• Unopened containers of products - lotions, sprays, creams, and the like - may also be returned within fourteen 14 days of purchase. Sales are final on opened products.
• Returns past fourteen (14) days may be accepted at Sun Cocktail.com sole discretion. These returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and an additional assessment based on condition.

*For safety and health regulations, due to the sensitive matter of all solutions, there are no "Refunds" or "Returns".

Damaged Merchandise:
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that the item in question is damaged during transit, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Sun Cocktail™ reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service.

Training Programs

Due to the high demand for our Training Program, a strict cancellation/rescheduling policy is enforced.

1. NON Payment Plan Cancellation Fees
   Rescheduling:
   • One (1) to fourteen (14) days prior to the Training Program date: $200 rescheduling fee.
   • More than fourteen (14) days prior to the Training Program date: One free reschedule.

   Cancellation:

   • More than fourteen (14) days prior to the Training Program date: $250-$500
   • One (1) to fourteen (14) days prior to the Training Program date: $350-$700
   • Refunds will not be issued for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled Training Program date.
